This memo is in response to Staff Review Comments regarding the above
referenced Replat/Final Plat. I am responding to item #3 of the PLANNING
comments. In that regard, enclosed herein you will find a copy of the Assumed
Name Certificate Filing Document with The Secretary of State naming me as the
registered agent for Space Control, Ltd. and authorized to execute on behalf of said
entity.
Additionally, Louise of Kerr Surveying will be submitting the required copies of
the plat with answers to the remainder of the comments prior to 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, April 17, 2006 in order to insure that we are placed on the next available P
& Z Commission Meeting on May 4, 2006. I trust that these documents will be
satisfactory for your records. However, in the event that you should have any
questions or require any additional information, please feel free to call at any time.

Jennifer,
In response to your comments on the above referenced project, I have attached a copy of
the first page of the deed restrictions for Harvey Hillsides that specifically states that the
restrictions do not apply to the tracts within Block 4. There are no restrictions of record for
Jordan Subdivision.
Secondly, with regard to the County Clerk Certification, the only differences I see are (a)
the reference to"deed records" in the Subdivision Regulations—the current records for filing are
"Official Public Records", which is what is stated on the plat certification and (b)the last line
which makes a statement about the seal—the County Clerk does not use a seal on any plat I have
seen recorded, so I leave that statement off.
Thirdly, Space Control, Ltd. is owned by Pat Marek, and therefore the property has only
one owner—only one Ownership Certification needed.
I have added the V/P for the PUE across the rear of the property as requested by Carol's
comment. After speaking with Gilbert Martinez, no other revisions are needed. If you have any
