The driveway will have to be pushed as far away from Barron Road as possible. Additionally, any residential street from the adjacent development would have to be pushed another 425 feet or so away from the driveway. I state this just to ensure that we coordinate all of this together since the access of each tract impacts the other. If you have any questions, feel free to call or e-mail me. Thanks, Ken Ken Fogle, P.E. In many cases, we will push the driveway as far as practical from adjacent streets, but also try to balance it with any existing adjacent driveway. >>> "Ken Fogle" < Kfogllle@cstx.gov > 11/14/2005 4:48 PM >>> Karl/Jay, There is a 3.5 acre tract that will likely be developing as neighborhood retail on the southeast corner of the SH 40/ Barron Road intersection. They have about 380 feet of frontage on SH 40. Will they be able to get a driveway off of SH 40?They have 420 feet of frontage on Barron Road and will have a driveway there. Let us know what you think. Thanks, about:blank 11/16/2005 Page 2 of 2 • Ken Ken Fogle, P.E.
