The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov; and Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please title the plat as "Amending Rat" 2. Please add a note to the plat that states the intent of the Landscape Easements and the party responsible for maintenance. 3. Please label the Access Easements as private. 4. Please add a note to the plat that states the intent of the Access Easements and the party responsible for maintenance (include who they are intended for, etc.) 5. Because this is an Amending Plat, please remove the Planning & Zoning Commission certificate and add the City Planner certificate. 6. Please remove Bob Mosley's name from the City Engineer's certificate (this may also be signed by his designee). 7. The certificate of Ownership & Dedication should be shown as it is in the Subdivision Regulations. 8. The Notary certificate should be shown as it is in the Subdivision Regulations. 9. The Certificate of the Engineer should be shown as it is in the Subdivision Regulations. 10. The Certificate of the Surveyor should be shown as it is in the Subdivision Regulations. 11. FYI: Sanitation service will be from the public street. 12. FYI: Emergency access and services will be provided from the public street. 13. FYI: Private improvements in a PUE that must be removed for maintenance purposes may not be replaced by the City (drives and access to the required parking spaces must be maintained at all times - by HOA?).
