Project: VERIZON WIRELESS (CUP) - 06-00500050
PLANNING
1. This is not an approved stealth design, therefore the tower must comply with tower
separation and thoroughfare setback requirements. Harvey Road is a Major Arterial on the
city's Thoroughfare Plan.
2. Provide evidence that this tower site meets the tower separation requirement of 3,500 feet on
the map showing the proposed tower site and one-mile radius.
3. The thoroughfare setback requirement, based on the 80-foot tower, the setback imposed is
the tower height multiplied by a factor of 3, or 240 feet from the centerline of the right-of-way
of the thoroughfare.
4. This application may not be referred to the Planning & Zoning Commission/City Council as
scheduled unless the above requirements are addressed appropriately. However, if you wish
to proceed as is, Staff will recommend denial because the proposed tower conditions are not
in compliance with the UDO,
'gi Landscaping is required, what landscaping is proposed?
6. The UDO requires at least four views for the visual impact analysis, only two were provided.
7. Provide elevation of tower and false wall/sign.
8. Provide with tower inventory with information required in Sec. 6.8.T.8.b of the UDO.
9. The grid plan or propagation map should show the `search ring'that was required for siting of
the proposed facility.
C Site plan refers to a 15-foot building line and see note 14. Please explain. Note 14 was not
found.
