Rename one or both streets to eliminate duplicate street names. 2. Provide R-O-W acreage. 3. Provide total number of lots. 4. Show and label the College Station Extra-territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) boundary in Vicinity Map and preliminary plat. 5. TxDOT Comments: Aggieland Business Park (Prelim. Plat) (FM 60) Access driveways to FM 60 must meet TxDOT's current"Regulations for Access Driveways to State Highways". Regulations are primarily based on posted speed limits and distances between proposed & adjacent access points. Where posted speed limits are 50 MPH or more the required spacing between access points is 425'. Where driveway spacing is insufficient joint access will be required or access to an internal street.
