Raybon Metcalf Engineering Via fax 690.0329 FROM: Jennifer Reeves, Project Manager SUBJECT: HERITAGE TOWNHOMES (FP) - Final Plat- Second Staff Review Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. As previously stated in the first review of comments "Please be aware that this Plat cannot move forward until a revised Concept Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board) depending on the revised concept plan that gets approved by the DRB , additional comments may need to be addressed on the plat. The following comments are a cursory review". Prior to the concept plan going to the DRB a Public Utility Abandonment that is currently being depicted on the plat over the common area will need to go to the City Council for approval. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all items have been addressed. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/home/index.asp?page=2481.
