We have a Pre-Application Conference with them this afternoon for a rezoning and their platting, so I wanted to make sure we were getting parks from them. I will let them know. That may be what you have read. The board has not oked a specific site but they did state that they want a neighborhood park from the developer. So, the developer will need to get with PARD and work on a proposal to the board. Eric Ploeger City of College Station P.O. It looks like parks recommended to accept a neighborhood park in this development along with pedestrian connections to Veteran's Park. It is my guess that the size of the land dedication will depend on the final count of housing units that would be built? We have had 2 development plans go file://C:\Documents and Settings\lboyer\Local Settings\Temp\GW}00002.HTM 12/16/2005 Page 2 of 2 to the Planning and Zoning on this property, and I cannot find the parks recommendation in either of the staff reports. The first plan went to P&Z on March 6, 2003, and the second was an update in May of 2005. If you have any info about the parks recommendation I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Lindsay Lindsay B. So far, I have been unable to find anything in the Development Agreement that requires a PMUD zoning, as long as there is something in place to guarantee the mix of uses agreed to in the agreement. I also have some inquiries in with Kim Foutz which if she knows of anything different, I will let you know. As far as the timing of the master development plan amendment and the rezoning, they can both be run concurrently, and heard on the same meeting. Or you can take the Master Development Plan amendment first. However, I think the amendment will be much better received, if there is a package rezoning that is submitted at the same time. I am waiting to hear from Kim regarding the PMUD, and will let you know about the staff recommendation as to the rezoning to conventional zoning districts as soon as I have a chance to talk to her. I will let you know as soon as I have that information. Let me know if there were any other questions to follow up on. Thanks, Lindsay Lindsay B.
