SUBJECT: CSISD CREEK VIEW ELEMENTARY (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments. If the following information has been submitted by Wednesday, January 9th,
2008, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting scheduled for, Thursday, January 17, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
mtrevino@cstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report
can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and
prior to the filing of the plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call

explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes.
2. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines
(including street lights).
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. Developer installs conduit per City specs and design.
2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation.
3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser.
4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and/or devices and
extend as required.
5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer or device, developer to furnish and install
conduit as shown on electrical layout.
6. Developer pours transformer/device pad(s) per City specs and design.
7. Developer installs pull boxes and secondary pedestals as per City specs and design (pull
boxes and secondary pedestals provided by the City).
8. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan. Email to:
gmartinez@cstx.gov.
9. Developer provides load data for project.
10. To discuss any of the above electrical comments please contact Gilbert Martinez at

Dear Jason,
Attached are the following items we are submitting for the Planning & Zoning
Commission(P&Z)meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 17, 2008.
• Nineteen(19) 11"x17"copies of the revised final plat.

• One copy of 24"x 36"revised final plat
The Mylar will be submitted after approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Please note that we have added easements to accommodate College Station electrical
needs onsite. These locations have been emailed to Gilbert Martinez.
