(Ogden), as applicant and operator of the above referenced well, hereby respectfully submits the enclosed application for a permit to conduct operations for the discovery and production of oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbons within the City of College Station. The application and supporting documents have been prepared in compliance with City Ordinance number 1916. Two complete copies of the application and documents, and an additional thirteen (13) copies of the Site Plan/Area Map are submitted. Also enclosed is Ogden check number 8267 in the amount of$2,000.00 in payment of the stipulated application fee. I forwarded the application to Alan Gibbs for review and he concurs with my review. The review has found the application to be administratively complete, except for the Texas Railroad Commission Drilling Permit. Please forward a copy of the drilling permit as soon as possible. At which time I will prepare the Public Hearing Notice, landowner notifications, and City Council submittal.
