Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Non-Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings
Color and Material Samples
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a
letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call

Elevation. There are to be 2 different types of elements for every 60' section of
façade.
2. Please provide the material and color percentages for the vacuum bay canopy. The
canopy of the structure serves as the roof and should not be included in the material

1. Repeat Comment: Please define the architectural relief elements for the
North Elevation. There are to be 2 different types of elements for every
60'section of facade.
Refer to Elevations for changes. See Drawings A 2.1 &A 2.2.
2. Please provide the materials and color percentages for the vacuum bay
canopy. The canopy of the structure serves as the roof and should not
be included in the material percentages.
Refer to information on Drawings A 2.1 &A 2.2.
3. Please provide color samples for the vacuum bay canopy.
All exposed metal on vacuum canopy will be painted red to
match previously submitted red on the remainder of the
building.

1. Within the legend of the building elevations, please provide the location and legal
description of the lot in which the proposed building will be located.
2. It appears that the label for the South Elevation should reference the retail center
with Winestyles instead of Cheddar's. Please revise.
3. The square feet and percentages of the Wall Finishes Listings for the North Elevation
do not add to the total. Please revise.
4. Please define the architectural relief elements for the North and West Elevations.
There are to be 2 different types of elements for every 60' section of façade.
5. Please provide elevations for the vacuum bay canopy. This structure must meet
material and color requirements according to UDO Section 7.9, Non-Residential
Architectural Standards.
6. Please provide a note that all signs are to be permitted separately.
7. Please provide a material/color samples for the 2 types of Split-Face CMU and the
EIFS Finish on CMU.
8. The proposed development is within the Corridor Overlay (OV) district. As such, all
colors are to be review and approved. Please provide a color sample for each item
including roll-up doors, roofs, and canopies.
