Letter of Agreement Parties to this Agreement: A&M Church of Christ owner of 21.240 acres (Morgan Rector League, Abstract 46, College Station, Brazos County, Texas V2951, P264) also known as 2475 Earl Rudder Frwy S Edenbach, LP owner of 2.04 acres (Morgan Rector League, Abstract 46, College Station, Brazos County, Texas V7119/P 176) It is the desire of both Parties to not construct a fence along the property line between the two aforementioned properties. Both Parties agree that each would be better served, and it would be more attractive to leave the existing wooded buffer area near the property line between the two Parties.
