Provide access easement prior to resubmitting the preliminary and final plats so that the separate instrument may be reflected on the plats. The application is not signed. Amend 'not plated' to 'not platted'. A. Provide legend. 5. FYI: The current design for Rock Prairie Road is a minor arterial, bike lane option, in accordance with the City's current thoroughfare and bicycle facility plans. This will provide a raised median with both openings and turn pockets, 2 through lanes each way, as well as a striped bike lane each way. Six foot wide sidewalks are also planned to meander slightly within the right of way and utility easements. Reviewed by: Trey Fletcher Date: March 8, 2006 ENGINEERING 1. Please verify metes and bounds are correct so that the plat closes. 2. The proposed 35-ft Drainage/PUE is appropriate as illustrated. 3. Please change the 15-ft PUE along Rock Prairie Rd. to a 30-ft PUE. Once the ROW acquisition is complete for the additional 10-ft of ROW there will be a 20-ft PUE left for public utilities. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for April 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Two (2) 24" x 36" copies of the revised preliminary plat; Fifteen (15) 11" x 17" copies of the revised preliminary plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat; and, One (1) copy of the digital file of the preliminary plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh©cstx.gov; and Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid.
