The Master Plan contains two non-contiguous tracts. As such, each tract is to have its own Master Plan and separate application. Please revise the Master Plan to only include one of the two tracts and submit a separate application for other tract. The original application was received on December 27, 2007 and this will be considered the application date for each of the tracts. 2. Please remove Notes 3, 4, and 16. These notes are too specific for a Master Plan. 3. Please renumber the remaining Notes so that the numbers are sequential. 4. Please note that additional review comments may be forthcoming once the Master Plan(s) is revised to reflect the individual tracts. In addition, additional copies of the Master Plan will be requested at a later time in preparation for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
