Applicant: Ron Lagrone / Lagrone Construction Co. — Property Owner Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat if the variance request is granted by the Commission. Item Summary: As recently presented to the Commission on April 6, 2006, one of the two parts of the variance requested was considered favorably to the applicant. The right angle lot condition that was of concern to the Commission in Block 1 has been reconfigured.
