Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, March 27, 2006, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for April 6t" at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Applicant: Ron Lagrone / Lagrone Construction Co. — Property Owner Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat if the variance request is granted by the Commission. Item Summary: As recently presented to the Commission on April 6, 2006, one of the two parts of the variance requested was considered favorably to the applicant. The right angle lot condition that was of concern to the Commission in Block 1 has been reconfigured.
