BRAZOS COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT Richard F.Vance,P.E.,County Engineer Randy Sims,County Judge Lloyd Wassermann,Commissioner Precinct I Kenny Mallard,Commissioner Precinct 3 E.Duane Peters,Commissioner Precinct 2 Carey Cauley,Commissioner Precinct 4 July 21,2008 Travis Martinek Clarke&Wyndham, Inc. 3608 East 29th Street, Suite 100 Bryan,Texas 77802 Subject: Indian Lakes Phase Three Construction Inspection#2 Dear Mr.Martinek: Brazos County personnel conducted an on-site inspection of the roads(Mesa Verde Drive,Pawnee Crossing,Tahotna Trail)and drainage structures of Indian Lakes Phase Three and determined that construction is now in compliance with the Brazos County Subdivision and Development Regulations. Since construction has been approved,please be advised that the developer now enters the two-year maintenance agreement period and is responsible for all repairs and up-keep of all roads,drainage structures and signage associated with said subdivision. The construction bond/letter of credit must now be replaced with a maintenance bond/letter of credit,which shall be 10%of the amount of the original construction bond/letter of credit. The maintenance bond/letter of credit is to be kept on file at the Brazos County Road&Bridge Department. When the maintenance agreement period has expired,Brazos County will consider acceptance of the maintenance of Indian Lakes Phase Three provided all construction, at that time,complies with county specifications and is in good repair.
