Subject: Indian Lakes Phase Three
Construction Inspection#2
Dear Mr.Martinek:
Brazos County personnel conducted an on-site inspection of the roads(Mesa Verde Drive,Pawnee
Crossing,Tahotna Trail)and drainage structures of Indian Lakes Phase Three and determined that
construction is now in compliance with the Brazos County Subdivision and Development Regulations.
Since construction has been approved, please be advised that the developer now enters the two-year
maintenance agreement period and is responsible for all repairs and up-keep of all roads, drainage
structures and signage associated with said subdivision. The construction bond/letter of credit must now
be replaced with a maintenance bond/letter of credit, which shall be 10%of the amount of the original
construction bond/letter of credit. The maintenance bond/letter of credit is to be kept on file at the Brazos
County Road&Bridge Department.
When the maintenance agreement period has expired,Brazos County will consider acceptance of the
maintenance of Indian Lakes Phase Three provided all construction, at that time, complies with county
specifications and is in good repair.
If there are further questions please our office at(979)822-2127.
Sincerely,
:Zie.4.72/4,e___...;,
