Response to Staff Review Comments No. 1 (dated 1/24/2006) Sendera Subdivision Planning: 1. A Variance Request has been included with this resubmission to address the block length for Sendera Drive. 2. Drainage easements have been shown for the existing drainages. 3. The plat has been tied to a College Station monument. TxDOT: 1. A driveway permit is being prepared for submission to TxDOT. Engineering: 1. The drainage for Lot 19 will not be changed—incorrect drainage arrows were shown and have now been removed. 2. A Fire Flow Analysis will be included with the submission of the Final Plat. Brazos County: 1. Drainage easements have been shown for the existing drainages. 2. The 100-year maximum pond water level has been shown and labeled on the plat, as well as minimum finished floor elevations for Lots 12, 19 & 20.
