Fred,
We will be sending out the advertisement for the subject ZBA item tomorrow. To date I have not recieved
the following requirements.

Please provide the following items:
1. 20 sets of the"site plan"to include in ZBA packets.
2. Letter specifically addressing items in the Ch. 13- Flood Hazard Protection Ordinance, Section 6.A.(1) -
(3) as well as C.(5) (a)-(d). Some of these items may be redundant, however, each needs to be
addressed.
All items need to be complete by February 20th to make the March 7th ZBA meeting which this is
tentatively slated for.

You are correct regarding the Preliminary Plat and constructing the waterline and the crossing at the same
time is okay.

Thanks for your response Alan. I will prepare the ZBA variance request and
submit this week. There is an approved preliminary plat for the property as
of May 2003 (please refer to your files). Waterline & Driveway/drainage
structure are planned to be constructed at the same time. Will this be an
issue?
