/Is this a Vacating Plat or is this a Replat? The title states that it is both. If you are
acating, you are not replatting, you are final platting.

" The calls are incorrect. S 76 11' 24"W- 804.37' is too long (for lot 1R). That is the
call from the original plat, which was for the south side of the original plat.
!7' Please remove survey data from the plat. The original plat should be shown exactly
as it is recorded.
The certificates should have the county and state included, where applicable.

"some additional floodway on Lot 1R.
IZ Relocate Greensworld Subdivision Phase One title trom vacated property. It
might be confusing to those who later view the plat.
Remove gray dashed line from vacated area and use property line designation.

Douglas Nissan as a PUE.
Upon further consideration, the PUE over the guy wire is not necessary. Not
dedicating it will prevent you from having to abandon it when the property
