Jones Survey, Abstract No. 148, and the J.H. Jones League, Abstract No. 26, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being a part of that 8.621 acre tract conveyed to the City of College Station as Tract B in deed recorded in Volume 7488, Page 273 of the Official Public Records of Brazos County, Texas, being an easement thirty five feet (35') in width beginning in the northwest right-of-way line of Raymond Stotzer Parkway(FM 60), lying along and adjoining the southwest line of that 1.06 acre tract conveyed to Raiford Williams and Linda S. Williams by deed recorded in Volume 6295, Page 32 of the Official Public Records of Brazos County, Texas, and continuing through the said City of College Station 8.621 acre tract to the southeast line of that 26.073 acre tract conveyed to the City of College Station, Texas, by deed recorded in Volume 7252, Page 21 of the Official Public Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a '/2" iron rod found in the northwest right-of-way line of Raymond Stotzer Parkway at the common corner of the said City of College Station 8.621 acre tract and the said Williams tract. Thence along the arc of a counterclockwise curve in the northwest right-of-way line of Raymond Stotzer Parkway (R=11,509.16') through a central angle of 0° 10' 45", the chord of which bears S 55° 37' 03" W — 36.04 feet to the most southerly corner of this tract; Thence N 48° 10' 08" W — 278.30 feet through the said City of College Station 8.621 acre tract, parallel to and thirty five feet from the line between the said City of College Station 8.621 acre tract and the said Williams tract to an angle point; Thence N 37° 03' 19" W — 97.87 feet continuing through the said City of College Station 8.621 acre tract to the southeast line of the said City of College Station 26.073 acre tract, at a point located N 41° 58' 47" E — 20.63 feet from a %2" iron rod with an orange plastic cap stamped "H.P.
