SUBJECT: 2950 ROCK PRAIRIE RD W(COMP)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Comprehensive Plan Amendment as requested. The following page is a
list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please submit the following
documents by Wednesday, February 6, 2008, 10:00 a.m. and your project will be placed on the next available
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 21, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City
Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
A statement requesting the change to the application;
One (1) copy of the revised full-sized Comprehensive Plan Amendment map;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised Comprehensive Plan Amendment map.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning&. Zoning meeting, your project will be considered
formally filed with the City of College Station. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

PLANNING
1. The application incorrectly states that the existing Land Use designations on the Comprehensive Plan for
the subject property are Office and Single Family—Medium Density. The Office designation is actually
Retail Neighborhood. This was mentioned as part of the Pre-Application Meeting held in November
though I did not verify that with the submission of your application. Since Legal Notice has already been
published with the incorrect designations, the item will need to be postponed to a future Planning &
Zoning Commission meeting to allow the correct notice to be published. Please verify that the
application is to be revised to reflect the Retail Neighborhood designation and provide the copies of the
revised Land Use Maps.

project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for
Thursday,February 7, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Eighteen(18) 11"x17" copies of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment map.
