Streets: The subject property is located adjacent to FM 2818 (Freeway). The development will take access off FM 2812, pending TxDOT approval. Off-site Easements: May be required for utility extensions. Drainage: The subject property is located in the Whites Creek Drainage Basin. The development will be required to comply with the City's Drainage Policies. Flood Plain: The subject property is located within a Special Flood Hazard Area, as depicted on FEMA FIRM Panel 182C.
