It is our understanding that water has entered the building via the rear door at the southeast corner of the building. The contractor for this project, Huffman Developments, has removed a section of parking lot curb near this door in an effort to reduce the potential flooding hazard. It is respectfully requested that the City not require replacement of the curb until such time as a plan for the correction of the problem has been developed. It is anticipated that a plan will be ready for submission to the City for permitting purposes within the next 30 days. If you have any questions regarding this project, please advise us accordingly.
