The building located at 103-105 Boyett is the property of W.C. Boyett Sr. and has been in our family since the 1940's. The alley immediately behind 103-105 is attached and belongs to 103-105 Boyett and is the sole access to the back entrance. We added the deck a number of years ago and it is a permanent attachment to 103-105. The adjoining parking lot belongs to Judge George Boyett and is not part of 103-105 Boyett but part of 107-113 Boyett. Your records should bear that out and so do the tax office records.
