Note that the easement dedication sheet and required documents are not attached and will be submitted separately prior to obtaining a building permit. The following items are addressed: PLANNING (Matt Robinson) 1. The indicated setback lines were changed to 15'. 2. The spelling error was corrected. 3. The NRA application will be submitted separately prior to obtaining a building permit. 4. A portion of the existing curb was made darker and a note added to keep existing curb. 5. The line was removed. 6. A 9'x 6' bike facility was added to the site plan. 7. The width of the sidewalk along the building was changed to 6'and the length of parking stripes was kept the same. 8.
