Dear Ms Hartl:
Per our phone conversation, ka is submitting a supplemental letter to the City of College Station Development
Services Zoning Board of Adjustment, regarding the Application Proposal sent to you on October 23, 2007 on
behalf of CBL&Associates Properties, Inc.
The information listed below further clarifies what variances we are pursuing:
1. Pylon - seeking a variance of 6'-10" in height(maximum height allowed 35'-0") due to 8' grade difference
from project corner to Texas Highway 6.
2. Monument Sign (classified as freestanding sign) - seeking variance for three (3) additional signs each equaling
83 sq. ft. in sign area and 8'-0" in height.
3. Vehicular Directional Sign (classified as directional sign)- seeking variance for size and height of signage. Height
variance requested is 10" and sign area is 24.6 sq. ft.
Please contact me if there is any additional information needed for the December 3, 2007 meeting. ka will
overnight 5 additional 11 x 17 books and 24 x 36 boards for your use on that date. Jake Bell from CBL &Associates
Properties, and I will be in attendance for the meeting.
