The information listed below further clarifies what variances we are pursuing: 1. Pylon - seeking a variance of 6'-10" in height(maximum height allowed 35'-0") due to 8' grade difference from project corner to Texas Highway 6. 2. Monument Sign (classified as freestanding sign) - seeking variance for three (3) additional signs each equaling 83 sq. ft. in sign area and 8'-0" in height. 3. Vehicular Directional Sign (classified as directional sign)- seeking variance for size and height of signage. Height variance requested is 10" and sign area is 24.6 sq. ft.
