According to Section 3.15 of the UDO, the Administrator has the authority to authorize an adjustment of up to 10 percent from any numerical zoning standard set forth in Article 5.4. To approve the application for an administrative adjustment, the Administrator shall make an affirmative finding that specific criteria, as outlined in Section 3.15.E of the Unified Development Ordinance, have been met. The Administrator has found that: Granting the adjustments will ensure the same general level of land use compatibility as the otherwise applicable standards because the granting of the variance will not alter the intensity of the land use.
